Dear Authors and Potential Participants:
Welcome to the ICSC Conference 2025! Registration is now open! If you are an author, you need to register for the conference first, and your author registration will allow you to present your paper at the conference. In order to present and get your paper published by Springer, at least one author of each accepted paper needs to register for this conference.
Registration Types
- General conference registration includes: attending all ICSC conference sessions, campus activities, coffee breaks, and lunches. Please note: If you are an author and want to publish your final manuscript after registration, you need to select this type of registration.
- Student conference registration includes: participation in all ICSC conference sessions, campus activities, coffee breaks, and lunches.
- Keynote Speaker/Organizing Committee registration includes: participation in all ICSC meeting sessions, campus activities, coffee breaks, and lunches.

Refund Policy: All the payments are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable after November 30. Refunds processed before this date will incur a 300 RMB administrative fee.
